Meet Deets
Meet #95   |   12/05/18   |   Hosted by Stirling Whisky Fest
Two of us hit the Stirling Whisky Festival for the first time, seeking out a couple of interesting-looking bottles to sample.
Other bottles sampled:
#225 Laphroaig 2005 CWC 12yo | SSWC review 95b
Smells
Ribena, incredibly fruity, pointless vanilla, whisky marmalade.
Tastes
Sticky, boozy syrup, thinner than it smells, sherry woodiness, golden syrup, sugar syrup - almost as if they've taken a rye and put sugar in it .

Meet 95   |   An SMWS Glen Grant of a decent age, but not spectacular.   (2 photos)
Finishes
Dry, orange, sickly.
Cost
~£61 (70cl)
